It’s only after your birthday that you realise that a whole year has passed. I would recount my day but then again, everyone was there with me today. Hence there is no need to. But there are few words I would like to say:
To my family,
I love you all! Thanks for everything especially my brother, David who bought me the Mickey Mplayer that I’ve been wanting for so long and envied Carmen for those many months. I can’t wish for a better family.
To my friends,
Well this is going to be long..
Basically, I need to say that you guys made my sixteenth the sweetest it can be. Thank you for all the effort you all put in to make this a great day especially with all the presents. Honestly, with or without presents, I feel so privileged that I was able to spend today with the company of all you guys.
From the beginning, I knew there was a strong connection between myself and every one of you. I knew that I was going to be friends with you all, forever and ever. Well I plan too. None of you are escaping my life because I will be using some very strong superglue. xD
If I ever had the chance to talk to any of your parents, I would tell them that they all should be so proud about their son/daughter that they have raised because their child is an amazing person who has the heart of gold. I would tell them that all of you have the potential in life for such greatness that will shine in the future.
I don’t know how to put into words the things I feel about you all. I am so honoured to have been able to be a part of all your lives and given the chance to share some of the best memories growing up together.
The reason I know that you guys are the best friends a girl can have is that,I know sometimes I can be annoying, sometimes I can be frustrating, sometimes I can be a little oblivious to things, yet you all continue to stay by my side help guiding and protecting me in everyway possible.
I don’t have many words to say apart from these words: I appreciate everything you’ve done for me and will do for me. I know that from here and on that we will continue all our journeys towards the future and growing up by each other’s sides. I love you.
Well, I am now off :).
